ok whenever i try to apply four fixes it never works and some of my items disappear

Okay, either you dont have your char locked, or you have them set up wrong. Okay, here is what four fixes mainly look like,

equip_slot = es_chest;
gold_value = 999999999;
grid_x = 0;
grid_y = 0;
inv_location = il_main;
modifier_prefix_name = wiley;
modifier_suffix_name = ofrefuge;
template_name = #bd_bp_f_g_c_avg/+wiley/+ofvindication;
variation_name = o_mag;

you see if you have it like;

modifier_suffix_name = ofrefuge;
modifier_prefix_name = wiley;

that wouldnt work you have to have it

modifier_prefix_name = wiley;
modifier_suffix_name = ofrefuge;

But you also want to make sure you have them set up correctly, so like if u have suffix, prefix, suffix, prefix, that won't show, but now if you have prefix, suffix, prefix, suffix, that would. The best way so set them up is pretty much like that, or you can also have prefix, prefix, prefix, suffix, or suffix, suffix, suffix, prefix. There are also other ways to do it, those are just the three best ways to set them up, I think.

But now you HAVE to have your char locked It's simple. After your name just hit 3 enters, and then after you put that, you want 4 backspaces. Heres an example;

screen_name = "your name
