ok I have another question......in the game how do I get my avatar to change?

just edit the img file u get when u extract ur char

I understand I could just edit it but im saying like how pple have there avatar picture have the same skin as does there char....I dont know how to do that

when you create your char it saves an avatar as what you look like, so i found out that if you make a new char useing a mod so that it will start with a custom skin it will save that, then you can just copy it and replace it over your current avatar and tank it,

but other people will see your avatar with the skin if you play in team mode, even if you dont see it..

yea, you will see just the plan old pic that you started off with but other people with see your custom skin

Yes just change the bmp file, you'll be able to use any image
