The current leaders have voted 9 for 0 against a new way of leadership changes in the KRW Clan.

1) Any Battle Lord that is not a recruiter or above can challenge the current recruiter to a duel every month during the first 7 days. Boosted or non boosted. There must be another KRW member as a witness. If the BL wins they take over the Recruiter slot.

2) The current Recruiter can challenge any of the current Sub Co Leaders to a duel every month during the first 7 days. If the recruiter wins they take over the Sub Co Leader slot and the Sub Co Leader becomes the recruiter.

3) A Co Leader can be challenged to be active. A Sub Co Leader that wishes to rank up to Co Leader can post a message for the Co Leader to become active. If there is no response or they are not seen in the zone in 60 days then the Co Leader and Sub Co Leader change positions.

The Demoted Co can be challenged now that they are a Sub. Once the challenge is made the Sub must answer in 2 weeks 15 days. If not then the recruiter wins by default. They can be challenged in the same way by a Battle Lord and eventually demoted out of the leaders circle.
