help with modshow do i get mods to work with ds? its been a long time since ive downloaded any mods...

Go to
My computer-->Program files--->Microsolf games---> Dungeon siege--->Resources
Place the mod in the Resource folder and start up ds

there is no microsoft games link on here and this game is new it still had the plastic wrap on it....

there is no folder called microsoft games in the program files......god i swear ever since the disk cracked ive been having problems....

Where did you install dungeon siege? If you forgot uninstall it, and reinstall to the default location.

do a search on your C drive for "logic.dsres" put the mods in whatever in gods name that folder is.

dang guys you are all a big help.....oh and will i lose my saved games if i uninstall it?

Not sure, but i know you can copy the saved game, and make a back up for it.

ok.....this is odd......there are 2 micrsoft files in two diffrent places one is on my d drive>program files>microsoft game>ds.....and then there is a dungeon siege folder in the other folder...its like this.....d drive>program files>microsoft games>dungeon siege>dungeon siege.....they both have the resources folder and one of the folders works but the other one dosent but when ever i put the mods in the folder that works the mod never shows up......i have never downloaded ds on this computer before so dont say that....

Most the time people use C drive, but I guess the people who put your pc togather made it D, also there must have been a way for ds to get installed there  .. unless you had someone fix your pc, and used your old hard drive but a different shell

i dunno but i cant put it in the first resources cause it says it runs out of memory when i do but when i put it in the other resources the mod never works...

Try uninstalling Ds and then installing it
