to make it in four fixs u this is what it would look like

all i changes was # after template name and /+wiley/+ofagony;
BUT u can only have 3 prefixs/1suffix or 2 prefix/2 suffix
u cant have like 4 of agaonys only 3 at max ...anythign with blocks is a prefix i think  and anythign that adds heath damage and stuff is a suffix

It requires at least one suffix and one prefix.
