does anyone know hjow to make a inventory mod for npc chars?

Find the template of the NPC you want to use. Look at the specializes in reference in that template and change it.

Now it is:
specializes = npc;

You can change to one of these:
farmboy
farmgirl
actor_good
actor_eviil

Use farmboy and you will have inventory and can respawn. Smile
