how can i get the first rank and what are all the ranks??

GM = Grand High Siege Master

SM = Siege Master

BL = Battle Lord

WL = Warlord Editor

EE = Elite Editor

ED = Editor

EM = Elite Member

WM = Warlord Member

MB = Member

are the ranks

So what rank are you goin for you are a MB right now so are you wanting to go for WM

All you have to do for WM is be able to block melee magic or ranged 100%

If you dont have the items to do that I can give you a set that will do all 3 next time I see you as well as a breaker book.

From there you can test for Elite Member unless you edit then you can go for Elite Editer

Sorry but you wont make co leader for quite a while. All positions are taken already. Unless sombody leaves and you are at least ~WL~ rank you will not be eligble for it.
