cant find sheild in skirt

am i the only one who cant find it or is it not listed

also would it be possible for me to edit in a sheild ring put fixes on it there then move it to sheild slot

that made no sence... if you are tryin to say is it possible to move a shield ring to shield slot yes just take it off if you dont have a shield on it will automatically move to shield slot
